Banking & Insurance Disputes Management department of SAMA collects complaints from banks or customers of banks and after evaluate the documentations and evidence from both sides, a hearing session is assigned to the case. After a while ‘Case Hearing’ takes place and decision is announced to both parties. During every step of the process, all parties are notified via e-mail and SMS.
